Deliveries are made by Australia Post and our specified Courier Services. Moments to Remember cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, delays or charges whatsoever caused by third parties. Once orders are dispatched only an estimated time of arrival can be given. An exact delivery time cannot be provided as this is subject to the third party. Most orders are dispatched within a few days subject to availability of stock unless otherwise specified. Please allow up to 3 weeks after final approval for completed stationery. Customers will be notified of any unintended delays. Back ^ Deposits and Payments
DIY Supplies - Full payment is required before orders are dispatched.
Precut Supplies - Full payment is required before orders are dispatched.
Completed Stationery - 50% deposit on order and remainder required before orders are dispatched.
Couture Stationery - 50% deposit on order and remainder required before orders are dispatched.
Bomboniere - Full payment is required before orders are dispatched.

Prefered guest list submission is via email. A surcharge will apply to lists that are posted or faxed. Upon receipt of orders customers will be notified of correct submission details. Guest list must be typed as you wish it to appear, so all spelling and setout, including postcodes must be correct. Any corrections or additions required will be at the expense of the customer. Mimimum orders are required for some product as outlined in each product category. For orders that are placed under $25 total (excluding freight and credit card charges) a $5 handling charge will be applied. Back ^ Online Quotes and Ordering
Receiving an instant online quote and ordering is easy through our site:
1. Once you have found a product simply enter the amount to order and click onto the buy now button.
3. You will be taken straight to your own shopping cart.
4. Click onto the back button and you will be returned to the previous page you were on.
5. Repeat this process until you have added all items into your shopping cart.
6. While viewing your cart you may at any stage remove or adjust quantities required.
7. For your instant online quote, your total amount will be displayed on the bottom of the page.

For customer convenience we offer 5 methods of payment.
1. Cash - Accepted with prior arrangement necessary.
2. Cheque - Accepted with orders processed only once payment has been received and cleared.
3. Credit Card - Visa, Master and Bank Cards Accepted with a 3% transaction fee applicable to total cost.

Moments to Remember guarantees that any personal information provided to us are kept private and confidential. Under no circumstances will they be given to any third party by us. Back ^ Refunds
Prior authorization must be obtained before returning any goods.
No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
Shipping charges, special orders, food items, personalized items, and perishable products are non-refundable.
No refunds will be accepted for change of mind or incorrect colour, product being ordered. No refunds will be given on printed or handmade stationery. 50% deposits are non-refundable for completed and couture stationery. Items accepted must be returned in original packaging and undamaged. All postage and handling on return orders shall be at the expense of the customer.
A 20% restocking and administration fee will be applied to authorized returns.
No refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days of receipt of goods. Back ^ Stationery Proofs
On reciept of order one proof and one amendment proof will be provided free of charge. Any additional proofs will be charged at $10.00 per change. Printing will not proceed until a signed proof of wording approval has been received. Once approved, printing of stationery will commence. All orders are subject to stock availability. Once your order is received you will be notified if any materials are out of stock and expected time of availability. You may then choose to either wait for order, change or cancel any part of your order. Back ^ Questions
